  • We provide around the clock technical support for all our clients needs.

  • Centralised Call-Centre to log, manage, and dispatch all service calls.

  • After-Hours Service Call Centre to attend to matters that require urgent attention.

Preventative Maintenance

  • Customisable preventative maintenance plans for electronic security systems to ensure system reliability and operational functionality.

  • Preventative Maintenance to meet BWOF requirements in accordance with SS3.2
    and other industry standards and building requirements.

  • After Hours call-outs are charged at a minimum of 3 hours.
