Our
Terms

of

Trade

General.

Custom Technology Systems has Public Liability Insurance of $20,000,000.00 and Professional Indemnity Insurance of $5,000,000.00.

In addition, Custom Technology Systems is covered by "Air-Side" Insurance.

Normal working hours are defined as (8.30am to 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday).

Any hours worked outside these times will be charged at penal rates, please contact us for information on these rates.

Payment shall be made in full within 14 days of receipt by the client /contractor of our claim.
All other contracts, we require monthly progress payments for the value of work and for materials both on and off site.
Non-payment to the Contractor by the Principal shall not relieve the Contractor of their liability to pay us by the due date (If applicable).

Unless other payment terms are written/accepted in the quote submitted.

The Company shall be under no liability for delay, loss or damage, caused directly or indirectly by events beyond the control of the company, including but not limited to;
Force Majure / Acts of God, natural disaster, shipping delays, or defaults by manufacturers or suppliers.

Any change of law, statute, regulation or bylaw which alters the cost of performing our contract after the date of the tender/acceptance of quote, shall be considered a variation to contract.

No liquidated damages will be accepted.

Ownership of equipment and systems shall remain with Custom Technology Systems until the equipment and installation amounts have been paid in full.

Our price typically includes a minimum 12 month guarantee, external to manufacturer warranties. Unless otherwise specified in the quotes submitted.
We will look to negotiate ongoing maintenance contracts.

We will enter into a formal guarantee document provided we can agree acceptable guarantee wording.

Leasing.

Custom Technology Systems can also offer leasing services to offset initial investment.
