Security Management Systems
Custom Technology's New Zeland based software development team has created a modular security management system that can be tailored to suit a large variety of security requirements from very large sites such as our state run prisons to small installations.

CTS 2000© offers complete solution to security management and is designed and developed with the end user in mind. This simple and user-friendly interface allows you to effectively control your system. The option of multiple operator controls gives you flexibility of use either through an industry standard keyboard or a mouse or a touch screen.

Designed to operate on Windows® 95, 98, NT or Windows® 2000 platforms, CTS 2000© gives you various options. You can choose an application with modules that suit your organisational needs and the versatility of the CTS 2000© allows you to easily upgrade to higher versions and add new modules.

A small site can be controlled by a single operator station with a standalone version of the CTS 2000© SMS, for large systems the database resides on the server and there can be multiple control stations and operator stations.

The multiple client/server system design consisting of control stations and operator stations allows you to connect additional operator stations depending on the size of an organisation.

On a system operated by multiple workstations, each workstation can be configured to control individual blocks. Using password access, an operator with a higher level password can take control of higher level functions on any workstation.

The integrated CTS 2000© software package offers:

-          Full Site control functions, which link gates, intercoms, cameras, alarms and status monitoring relating to a particular site. By calling up a site from the control room, all linked functions are available to the operator simultaneously, allowing the operator to control, speak, view, and monitor each site as it presents itself.

-          Custom displays to represent the actual sites

-          Standard displays for general operations and configuration

-          Touch screen graphical user interface

-          Dynamic graphics displaying real time site status

-          From the convenience of the control room, it is possible to control all doors and gates, be it an impulse door lock, strike or gate or a sally port.

-          Access Control package offers all the standard Access Control functions as normally available in an Access Control package.

Built into the Integrated Control Package is a full camera controller module, which provides a high level bi-directional interface with CCTV system. Special proprietary software has been written to simulate a matrix switcher keyboard and it’s functions. It is therefore possible to select and control cameras from the convenience of the computer keyboard, eliminating the need for a further matrix switcher keyboard. The camera controller module allows the operator to select cameras and monitors, control pan and tilt, zoom, focus, wash, wipe functions.

-          Alarm Monitoring module

-          Processing of Intercom Requests

-       Lighting Control, Individual and Global control of lighting.

-      Door Status Monitoring. Global Status page allows the operator to view the status of all gates and doors

-     Alarm Status Monitoring. Global Status page allows the operator to confirm all alarms are armed by simply viewing the alarm status page.

-          Active screens with real-time status of alarms, gates

-       Fire and Smoke Alarm Monitoring

-          Takeover Functions. This feature is available and used in large institutions, whereby a second control room can takeover the functions of a primary control room in the event of an internal prison riot closing of specified areas within the institution.

-          Fire Egress Routes.

-          High Level Interface with PLC’s (Programmable Logic Controller’s)

-          High level interface with AMPAC Smoke Alarm system (displays

all the alarms detected by the fire panel on the operator stations.)

-          High level interface with Ring Master Intercom System

-          High level interface with JACQUES Intercom system
