CTS 2000© Nurse Call System is designed and developed with the users in mind. This simple and user-friendly interface allows you to effectively monitor and control your facility. The option of multiple operator controls gives you flexibility of use either through an industry standard keyboard or a mouse or a touch screen.
Designed to operate on Windows® 95, 98, NT or Windows XP platforms, CTS 2000© Nurse Call System gives you flexible options. You can choose an application with modules that suit your needs and the versatility of the system allows you to easily upgrade to newer versions and also add new modules.

The heart of CTS 2000© Nurse Call System is the PC on which CTS 2000© software is installed transforming your PC into a user friendly Video Display Console. The console lists all incoming alarm calls in plain English showing the patient's name and room number on the full size monitor.
Types of calls can be indicated by color and by audio indications with calls displayed from the top down according to priority. Patient information such as family name and telephone number, doctor name and number, diet code, insurance code and more can be accessed with the patient call.
In addition, other important information relevant to the resident will be displayed on the screen.
CTS 2000© Nurse Call System utilizes the Windows NT® platform to link your residents to your staff through a specially designed, open architecture based nurse call system that integrates:
- Wireless or hard wired call points
- By acknowledging a call from the workstation, all linked functions are available to the operator simultaneously, allowing the operator to control, speak, view and monitor each site as it presents itself.
- Custom displays to represent the actual sites
- Touch screen graphical user interface
- Many High Level Interface capabilities
- Dynamic graphics displaying real time call point status
- Access Control package offers all the standard Access Control functions.
- Built into the Integrated Control Package is a full camera controller module.
- Location Tracking allows the user to locate the position of a person, ideal for ‘Wanderer’ systems. When a person is selected from the list, you can see the current location and the previous 4 locations where the person has been.
- Personnel Tracking allows the user to determine which personnel are currently in a particular location and also who are all the personnel that visited any selected location point.
